After your money’s been sent, you want to know exactly where it is! We send you notifications throughout the process, but if you’re unsure what is happening right now then you can find the answers to most of your questions here.

Start with checking your transfer status.

  • On the website, you’ll see the 'transfers in progress' section at the top of the page. Select a transaction to view its status.
  • In the app, you will see the 'transfers in progress'' section at the top of the 'activity' page. Select a transaction to view its status.

If you sent the money within the last hour, you do not need to do anything at this stage. Please wait for the confirmation that it has arrived.

If your transfer cannot be completed straight away, it’ll usually be for one of these reasons:

My details need to be verified or updated

My transfer is taking a long time

I'm waiting for a refund
