What is Trustly?
Trustly is a payment option that allows payment to be taken directly from a bank account without the need to log in to online banking.
Can I pay by Trustly in my send country?
To check if we accept Trustly as a payment option in your country of residence, please click your region from the below list. Follow this step if you want more information, including the maximum amounts you can send from your home country.
Why was my Trustly payment declined?
If your Trustly payment declines, the best thing to do is to contact your bank’s payments or authorisation department who will be able to give you more information.
WorldRemit will not be able to see the reasons for a declined Trustly payment.
Are there any extra fees for paying by Trustly?
There are no hidden or extra fees when using WorldRemit. The total you must pay is outlined when you create a transaction.
The only exception would be if your bank usually charges you to make Trustly payments. If this is the case, the charge will vary dependent upon the bank, and is not charged by WorldRemit.
Can I pay using someone else’s Trustly account?
We need the money you send to come from your own Trustly account.
As a financially regulated company we need to ensure we know the identity of our customers – and this includes the source of the funds they pay with.
How long does a Trustly refund take?
Once cancellation has been confirmed, a refund will be credited within 2 – 3 working days.
This can vary, however, dependent upon your bank. If you need further information on this, please check with your bank.
