Where can my recipient collect the funds in Mexico?

You can collect from branches of:

  • Banco Azteca
  • BBVA Bancomer
  • Bancoppel
  • Telecomm Telegrafos
  • Pagos Intermex
  • Chedraui
  • Farmapronto

Please note: If your recipient is collecting at a Bancoppel branch, the state/department you will enter for your recipient’s address is the only state/department in which the recipient can collect, excluding Estado de Mexico and Mexico City.

  • E.g. if you send to a Bancoppel recipient with an address in Colima, the recipient can only collect at Bancoppel branches in Colima.

If your recipient is collecting at Chedraui, they will need a Cartera Dinámica product which is a dynamic wallet card that all recipients of Chedraui transactions are required to hold in order to receive cash pickup transactions directly onto a secure card that can be used to shop at Chedraui or to withdraw cash at any Chedraui location.
