What Internet Browser works best with WorldRemit?
WorldRemit is optimised for use on Google Chrome but should work on all major browsers.
How do I enable cookies on Google Chrome?
- Click the three dots at the top right of the screen and select Settings
- Scroll to the bottom of the Settings menu then click Advanced
- Click Content Settings
- Next, click Cookies
- Click 'Allow sites to save and read cookie data (recommended)' – making sure that the indicator on the right has changed to a blue colour. This means your browser will now enable cookies
How do I enable cookies on Internet Explorer?
- Click the ‘cog wheel’ icon in the top right corner of the screen and select Internet Options
- Click on the Privacy tab
- Click Advanced
- Tick ‘Override automatic cookie handling’
- Select ‘Accept’ and then click ‘OK’ to confirm your change
How do I enable cookies on Firefox?
- Click the ‘Menu’ button at the top right of the screen (the three horizontal lines)
- Click Privacy
- Under the sub heading ‘History’, select ‘Use custom settings for history’.

If you are having an issue using our website, please try the following:
- Check your Internet Browser and ensure you have the most up to date version. WorldRemit works best on Google Chrome but it should work on all major browsers

- If you are still experiencing issues, there could be a temporary problem with our website. If this is the case, we would recommend contacting Customer Service. Any screenshots that you can take will be very helpful in diagnosing and resolving issues with the website
