My WebChat keeps getting disconnected
If you are experiencing issues with your WebChat disconnecting, please click the ‘Feedback’ tab on the right of the screen and give us as many details as possible about the problem. This will enable our technical team to investigate. Be sure to include:
- Any details about how you were using our WebChat, website, or your smartphone at the time it was disconnected.
- If using a smartphone, whether your screen locks, you received a call, or anything else that may have led to the WebChat disconnecting.
