Coming soon: Express transfer - for an even faster service

As if our money transfer service wasn’t seamless and fast enough already - we’re now introducing an Express Transfer feature to make sending money to your loved ones even faster. It’s yet more proof that we’re always looking for ways to make our service better for you and our customers across the globe.

So what’s new?

On a previous transfer, you already filled in all the details of the person you’re sending to. So, why should you need to fill out all the details once again? With Express Transfer you won't need to - everything is already filled in, so you won’t need to get those fingers working again.

Simply tap on “recently sent to” or “send again to” and all the details of your last transaction will be there, including:

  • the amount you sent

  • the way your recipient wants to receive the money

  • your recipient’s details

And that’s not all

We’ve also made it even easier for you to see the cost, transfer time and other details of your transfer. This allows you to easily change the amount you want to send.

What next?

We are introducing Express transfer to customers around the world in the next few weeks, it will be automatically available to you when you update your app. Then once you’ve done that - all you need to do is tap on the “recently sent to” tab on screen to use it.

Money transfers in your pocket

To make use of the new express checkout, you need to have transferred to your chosen recipient at least once before. Sending money with the app is easy, just follows these steps:

1) Choose the amount you want to send - You’ll see the exchange rate and our new lower fees upfront.

2) Select how you’d like to send your money - Such as cash pickup or mobile money transfer.

3) Select recipient - Add your chosen recipient's details or choose from a list of people you’ve previously transferred to.

4) Pay for your transfer - Choose your method of payment, such as card, bank transfer or Apple Pay, and fill in your details.

Follow your money

Don’t forget to use our Track you Transfer feature when you send money. That way you can be sure where your money is every step of the way.

Did you know you can use our app to set up exchange rate notifications?

Simply log in to the app then follow these quick and easy steps.

  1. Tap on Account in the bottom right hand corner

  2. Go to Settings

  3. Then Notifications

  4. Tap on ‘Add’ next to ‘Exchange Rates’

  5. Select which country you’d like notification for.

  6. There is no step six - you’re already done! Repeat the above as many times as you like for any country you’d like updates for.
