• Valid photo ID. This must one of the following: Tunisian passport, national ID card, driving license, or foreign passport with visa or refugee card. Recipient’s name should match exactly the same as the ID.

• 10-digit WR transaction reference number. We will notify you and your recipient by email and SMS when funds are ready to be collected and send a transaction reference number. Please ask your recipient to quote this when collecting the funds.

Branches of Banque de l’Habitat:

• Valid photo ID. This must one of the following: Tunisian passport, national ID card, driving license, or foreign passport with visa or refugee card

• Quote “Moneytrans” and 10-digit WR transaction reference number. We will notify you and your recipient by email and SMS when funds are ready to be collected and send a transaction reference number. Please ask your recipient to quote this when collecting the funds.
