Our Values and Policies
We are committed to acting ethically, working to the highest professional standards and complying with all applicable laws and regulations. We take a zero-tolerance approach to slavery and human trafficking and any other illegal or unethical conduct. This commitment is supported by our corporate policies, including our Reporting Concerns Policy, which encourages employees and workers at all levels to report suspected illegal or unethical conduct and provides guidance as to how to raise such concerns and our Anti-Bribery Policy which sets out our responsibilities, and of those working for us, in observing and upholding our position on bribery and corruption.
In addition, all our employees and workers are expected to behave in accordance with our Code of Conduct, which requires them to establish and maintain ethical standards and raise any suspicions of unlawful or unethical conduct to their direct manager in line with our Reporting Concerns Policy and our core values, which include “Doing What’s Right”, so that we act with honesty, integrity, transparency, respect and in a socially responsible manner.
Our Supply Chain
We are committed to ensuring that slavery or human trafficking do not take place in any part of our business or within our supply chains. We will not knowingly support or do business with any organisation that is involved in such practices and we would seek to terminate any relationship immediately where evidence of the same occurred.
Our key suppliers span the globe and include key institutions in the financial, telecommunications and remittance sectors. Each of our partners is subject to an extensive due diligence process to ensure compliance with appropriate regulatory guidelines, including anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing.
We will monitor the effectiveness of the measures that we are taking to ensure that there is no slavery or human trafficking in our business or our supply chain, including building upon and improving the policies that we have put in place.
