How do I pay for my transfer from Malaysia?
You can make the payment for your transfer by (1) Bank transfer: You can make payment via FPX automatically to our account. Details will be displayed on the payment screen or (2) Debit & Credit cards: Please ensure that your debit card or credit card is issued by any of the Malaysian banks.
What type of document is acceptable to verify my identity in Malaysia?
The acceptable identity documents vary according to your status:
(1) Malaysian: National Identity Card, Passport, MyTentera
(2) Permanent Resident: MyPR, Foreign Passport
(3) Foreigner National: Foreign Passport. Please note: a driving license is not accepted as a verification ID for WorldRemit Malaysia.
