Where can you collect from?
We want to make sure that it’s as easy as possible for you to pick up your cash from us, so we partner with banks and pay out networks all over the world to bring you thousands of pick up locations.
Once you’ve chosen your country, you’ll be able to scroll down to ‘cash pick up’ on the drop down menu to see our available list of branches in your country.
In certain countries, we offer more than one pay-out network for you to choose from, and your sender will need to choose the network that they want you to pick up the money from. To find out where your most convenient one is, all you need to do is head here to see where you can collect your money from and then let your sender know which one works best for you.
How to follow your transfer
When your loved one is sending you money, it’s natural to want to know that everything is running smoothly. With this in mind, we’ve made it easy for your sender to keep you both in the know!
All they need to do is add in your phone number when they set up the transfer with us and we’ll send you an SMS message as soon as your cash is ready to collect. If you have an email address, we can even send you emails too! Just ask your sender to add it in when they’re setting up your transfer.
Top tip: your loved one can also track the transfer in their app, and follow the money on its journey to you!
What to bring with you when you pick up your cash
We’ll send you an SMS when your order is ready to collect, and we’ll let your loved one know too!
When you come to pick up your cash, you’ll need to bring two things:
- A valid photo ID such as a passport, driving license or government ID
- Your collection reference phrase and collection number – these will be on the SMS we send you and in the email we send to your loved one
Top tip: The name on your ID needs to perfectly match the name on your order, so please double check that your sender has your correct details when they’re placing the transfer with us.
What can cause a collection issue?
- Typing errors
- Name in the wrong order
- Missing middle name
- Name doesn’t match the ID
- Maiden name used
If your sender makes a mistake with your name, this can be easily fixed and updated if they get in touch with our Customer Service team.
