They must have one form of valid ID. This can be a Nigerian passport, a Nigerian driver’s licence or another form of government issued ID. They must also quote the 8-digit transaction number that we’ll send you when the cash is ready to collect. After giving the FCMB branch the 8-digit transaction number, your recipient will then be sent a 7-digit code to their mobile phone, which they must also provide.
