Please note: Indian regulations restrict our local partner from being able to process transfers to charitable foundations and trusts, religious organisations (including ashrams) or donations of any kind in India.

What currency can I send?

Indian Rupee (INR) only.

How much can I send?

It depends on the country you’re sending from. Please also note that transfers to business accounts have a limit of INR 1,500,000 per transaction. Transfer limits to personal accounts will depend on the type of account your recipient holds. Here’s how it works

What information do I need from my recipient?
  • Full name - To avoid any delays, the recipient’s name should exactly match the name on their bank statement.
  • Address
  • Account number
  • Bank name
  • IFSC / Branch code – This information should be shown on your recipient’s bank statement. You can also check for the IFSC / branch code here.
  • Mobile number -We use this to send an SMS notification to your recipient informing them that the funds have been credited to their account.
  • Email (optional) - We use this to send an email to your recipient with details of your transaction (e.g. in case they have issues receiving the SMS notifications).

PLEASE NOTE: Please ensure that all your recipient’s details are correct. Once the transaction is created, we may be unable to amend or stop the transfer, although we’ll always try our best to do so. However, please note that this may cause delays in completing your transaction.

How long will it take for funds to be credited?

Usually within 1-2 working days. We’ll notify you and your recipient, by email and SMS, when the funds have been credited to their account. Please note that the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of each month are considered working days.
