If you can, please transfer to bank accounts, mobile money or airtime (instead of cash pickup).
Our money transfer services are working as normal, however, we recommend that you transfer to bank accounts, mobile money or airtime where possible. Cash pickup services from money transfer operators are being impacted by movement restrictions in some countries; locations and opening hours may be reduced.

More Money Transfer in Argentina has closed their cash pick up service nationwide due to Covid-19 movement restrictions. You can still send directly to a bank account, 24/7 from our website and app, this may be a more convenient option at this time.
Cash pick up is available at bank branches from 10:00AM to 1:00PM.
Bank transfers will be processed during the following times: Sunday to Thursday 10:00AM to 1:30PM and Saturday 10:00 to 1:00 PM. Transfers sent outside of these times will be processed the next day.
Cash pick up with Orabank is temporarily unavailable. Pending transactions will still be paid out, please collect your money as usual.
Cash pick up with MGL/MUTEC is temporarily unavailable. Pending transactions will still be paid out, please collect your money as usual.

Colombia is in mandatory lockdown. Please check your cash pick up providers locations and opening hours below.
- Bancolombia: Only 343 locations open from 8:00 AM or 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Find out more.

- Financiera Pagos Internacionales: Locations open from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Locations in Cartagena, Montenegro, Medellin, Itagui and Bello closed. Find out more.
Please note that bank transfers can currently be made to Bancolombia and Davivienda accounts only.
Congo Brazzaville update
Cash pick up with CAPPED is temporarily unavailable. Pending transactions will still be paid out, please collect your money as usual.
Congo DRC update
Due to temporary shortages of USD in Congo DRC, your recipient may be asked if they are willing to receive the cash in local currency.
Good news - MTN has doubled the monthly transaction limit for sending to Mobile Money from $1500 to $3000! Please note that the daily transaction limit remains $500.
Movement restrictions are in place.
From April 20th, the Government lockdown in both Accra and Kumasi was lifted, normal banking hours resumed in these areas.
Banks remain open nationwide, but with reduced operating hours.
Banks will be closed for Cash pickup services from Friday 22nd through Sunday 24th of May. Cash pickup services will resume on Monday 25th of May.
Transaction limits to Safaricom Mpesa have increased. Customers can now send up to KES 150,000 per transaction.
Cash pick up service is currently unavailable, our team is working hard to get the service up and running again. Please check back regularly for updates.
Appizapay, Bancoppel, Telecomm, Telegrafos and Inpamex all have reduced opening hours and some locations are closed. This may impact cash pick up services.
Selected NIC Asia and Citizen's Bank branches will be open for cash pick up from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM during the lockdown period. Bank transfer and airtime top up are still available and maybe a more convenient option at this time.
Effective May 4, 2020 the Federal Government announced a phased lifting of lockdown measures. Please check for your nearest open branch location before sending money.

BBVA Paraguay is providing a cash pick up service from 8:45AM to 1:30PM.
You can send directly to bank accounts, 24/7 from our website and app, this may be a more convenient option at this time.
BDO branches and BDO Remit in SM Malls are closed for cash pick up nationwide due to Covid-19 movement restrictions.
Cash pick up is available in RD Pawnshops and Villarica Pawnshop where the locations are open.
All other providers remain unaffected, please check the Philippines country page on our website to find the most convenient provider.
Please be aware that MTN has increased their per-transaction limit when sending to Mobile Money to RWF 4 million.
Cash pick up with Amasezerano Community Banking is temporarily unavailable. Pending transactions will still be paid out, please collect your money as usual.
Cash pick up with Cofina is temporarily unavailable. Pending transactions will still be paid out, please collect your money as usual.
Mobile money operators have increased daily transaction limits for customers from TZS 3,000,000 to TZS 5,000,000 and daily balance from TZS 5,000,000 to TZS 10,000,000.
Movement restrictions may be impacting cash pick up services, please check your local providers opening hours. You can still send directly to a bank account, or mobile money, this may be a more convenient option at this time.
Movement restrictions are in place until 19th May. Banks are open, but with reduced operating hours.

Banks in Zimbabwe are open from 8:00AM to 3:00PM, for cash pick up, Monday through to Friday and, 8:00AM to 11:30AM on Saturdays.
Your recipient can collect cash from any of the following banks:
BancABC, CBZ , Getbucks, Kaah Express and NBS, NMB, POSB, Steward Bank, Success MicroFinance Bank and ZB Bank.
You can transfer money directly to any bank account, and you can also send money to an Ecocash mobile money account, 24/7 from our website and app.
Sending money to an EcoCash mobile money account
You can continue to send money to EcoCash, your recipient’s FCA mobile money account will be credited in USD. You can cash out at selected EcoCash shops for your convenience - cash is guaranteed through the Econet shops.
If you need to convert USD received into an EcoCash FCA account to local currency (ZWL), this can be done by following the steps below:

- Choose option 1 to look up the exchange rate: Exchange Rate
- Choose option 2 to convert USD into ZWL: Sell USD
