We are looking for a capable and ambitious all-rounder to make a real difference in this business-critical team. The role is varied, and you will have exposure across the whole organisation. We want someone who is excited about the opportunity of helping take our business to the next level.

The Business Innovation team is new to WorldRemit but will be integral to the company’s future success.

Responsibilities

• Work within the Finance team to develop business strategy/innovation plans for WorldRemit
• Negotiate with potential/existing partners and pull together project proposals
• Work with senior leadership to shape the future of the company
• Supporting product launches, product development and geographic expansion and other strategic projects
• Being an attentive business partner
• Contribution to team development, scaling, efficiency and improvement

 

 

Have you got what it takes?

• Degree/Masters/PhD in Business or Computer Science with minimum 1 year’s corporate experience preferred
• Experience in financial services and/or data-led businesses is desirable
• Knowledge of statistical modelling techniques such as regression, prediction and forecasting
• Experience with multi-variate analysis, and optimisation
• Excellent Analytical skills
• Ability to solve complex problems
• Influencing & Communication skills
• Ability to produce accurate and high-quality work to agreed deadlines often at short notice.
• Experience of preparing and delivering documentation detailing outcomes of technical processes to a wide-ranging audience.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can juggle priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Willingness to learn and share learnings
