We are looking for an experienced SEO manager to lead our global efforts across our key remittance corridors including the US, UK, Australia, Canada, Spain and Germany.
Reporting to the Digital Marketing Director, you will be our expert and lead WorldRemit’s developments in SEO, managing day-to-day operations of search engine optimisation through cross-functional collaboration with marketing, content & communications, technology and our external SEO agency.
You will have overall responsibility for measurement, creation and implementation of search engine optimisation strategies that deliver on the company targets and ambitious growth plans, the main goal will be to drive new customer account acquisition and revenue from new and existing customers.
You will be hands-on but will also require strong strategic and decision-making capabilities, influencing and persuading key decision makers in the development and prioritisation of technology development, content creation and link management.
Able to work autonomously on your own initiative, you’ll be passionate about optimising the site architecture, content, localisation, semantics, internal and external links & social profiles to ensure WorldRemit provides quality and relevant pages for search engines. You will have a strong understanding of technical SEO optimisation, and proactively work with different departments to implement best practice technical optimisation projects.
You will have a proven track record in assuming ownership, moving quickly to implement ideas, and delivering results and in a fast-paced online environment.
