Responsibilities: 

  • Taking responsibility for the CPOs schedule, including internal and external meetings, video conferences, interviews and extensive international travel arrangements
  • Correspondence and email management 
  • Take a forward-thinking approach and conscientiously planning to ensure that the CPO has everything that she needs in order to be as effective and efficient as possible
  • Managing key relationships, internally and externally
  • Providing quick and accurate administration, such as filing, bookings, record-keeping, and follow-up actions
  • Task coordination and monitoring
  • Project management
  • Act as an Ambassador for the CPO and effectively demonstrate the World Remit values on a daily basis
  • Monthly and ad-hoc report collation 
  • Support the senior HR team with diary, admin tasks and project management as necessary
  • Part of the internal support team including holiday cover for other executives and supporting centralised company initiatives

Skills, Abilities and Personal Attributes: 

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience of working as an Executive Assistant to a member of a C-level team
  • Articulate and possess strong communication skills
  • Trustworthy and able to provide absolute discretion, as you will be dealing with a large amount of confidential information
  • Self-motivated and self-sufficient
  • A background within a fast-paced environment would be highly advantageous
  • Ability to build and develop effective relationships with internal and external contacts
  • An excellent eye for detail and strong organisation skills
