About the Role

WorldRemit is looking for a forward-thinking, structured and analytically minded marketer to join our team. As our business grows fast and our marketing activities intensify and scale up, the Marketing Campaigns Planning Manager will help the team take a step back, build a holistic view of marketing activities, optimise planned activities, and plan multi-channel marketing campaigns. By optimising our planning process, you’ll play a key role in ensuring WorldRemit ultimately achieves business objectives.

Key to this will be the ability to work collaboratively with marketing and business stakeholders from across WorldRemit, and synthetise complex things in a simple and user-friendly way. The Marketing Campaigns Planning Manager will have an excellent and up-to-date breadth of knowledge on marketing channels and will thrive on constantly pushing the boundaries to ensure WorldRemit’s campaign planning is seen as best in class. 


  • Marketing campaigns planning: You’ll be in charge of planning global multi-channel marketing campaigns. To do so:
    • You’ll provide objective, data-driven marketing recommendations based on an in-depth analysis of customer and market information. You’ll also leverage key learning drawn from past campaigns, to build a calendar proposal.
    • You’ll coordinate with marketing and business stakeholders to validate the campaigns calendar and you’ll ensure it is implemented as planned.
    • You’ll optimise the existing campaign dashboard to make it a comprehensive and user-friendly tool to be shared with marketing and business stakeholders.
  • Holistic marketing view: You’ll build from scratch a holistic dashboard of marketing activities, including multi-channel marketing campaigns, but also regional campaigns and mono-channel activities (online, CRM, PR, offline…). You’ll identify gaps between planned activities and business priorities, and you’ll provide recommendations about how to optimise marketing plans to best reach our business objectives. You’ll also advocate for new initiatives or process improvements using customer research, hard data, and marketing & business metrics to derive insights and shape recommendations.
  • Marketing campaigns budget: You’ll manage the budget of the marketing campaigns team, ensuring that the budget is spent as planned and flagging any discrepancy between plans and spend

  • Marketing degree and experience
  • Fluent in English
  • Structured and analytical individual
  • Stakeholder coordination skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills, with an ability to take complex data and communicate in a digestible manner to stakeholders
  • Previous planning experience
  • Budget management experience
  • Optimistic, can-do attitude
  • Humble and eager to learn, whatever the level of experience


  • Another language is desirable
  • Affinity or emotional connections to migrant communities especially from Sub Saharan Africa and/or SE Asia is an advantage
